Ministry to Our Military Families

"Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you.  He will not leave you nor forsake you. - Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV)

Continue to Pray for our Deployed Soldiers

We need to remember to pray for all our military men and women who are deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan and other hot spots around the world.  Pray that God provides them safety and comfort and pray that those who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will come to know Him and be born again. Also, please pray for the families of those soldiers.  Deployments place an extra burden of those family members waiting at home.

In addition to the general prayers for all those deployed, pray specifically for our soldiers that are or have been part of our church family and who are currently in Iraq or Afghanistan--Cory, Mark, and Steve.

As a church, we have adopted Psalm 91 as our special Scripture for our deployed men and women.

We Care

As the military presence grows not only at Fort Bliss, but also in the Horizon City area, we want all our military families to know that we are here to minister to them. We would love for you to come and worship with us and if there is anything we can do to help you, please let us know.
