We are happy to be able to offer you several options to listen to our weekly sermons. The below sermon player allows you to search the archives of our online sermons to find the one you want to listen to. In addition, there is an icon at the bottom of the player to subscribe to our podcast. There are also many additional features. To learn more about the player see the instructions below the player. (NOTE: Depending on your browser, you might have to double click.)
NEW FEATURE: Audio AND Video (when available) included on same Sermon Player.
Using the Sermon Player below you can now listen to recorded sermons and/or for those sermons which are videotaped, you can select to watch the video. In the past, we have two separate players--one for audio and one for video. For each sermon in the player you will notice one or more icons to the right of the sermon title. ALL of the sermons will have a "speaker" icon that you can click on to listen to the audio sermon. If there is video for that sermon, there will also be an icon that looks like a little video camera (see "Doing vs. Hearing" sermon from 03/11/2010). Click that icon to view the sermon video.

Notes: 1.Due to a problem with the sermon.net servers (who host our audio), all sermons from May 16th - June 27th were deleted and are no longer available.
2. Sermons for July 18th and 25th and August 1st will not be immediately available for listening/download. We hope to have all of them uploaded the first week of August.

receive our Podcasts, you can click on the "iPod" icon at the bottom of the above player and then click on the "Click here to auto-subscribe in iTunes." How to Use Our Sermon Player
1. Select a Sermon. You can select from the current playlist or you can search the archives.

To Search the Archives, you can:
A. Use Search Archive Function...Type in the title, date or pastor of a sermon in the Search Archive box in the lower left corner of the player. Click on the Go arrow to the right of this box.
B. Use Sorting Options Function...Below the archive tab, you can click on the words, Sorting Options. This gives you a window which gives you sorting options. By clicking on the "+" sign to the left of each of these categories, it expands them to give you more options. For example,
if you click the "+" next to
Pastor, you can
then choose "Wes Phillips" to find all of Pastor Wes' sermons. You can do the same thing with the Guest Speaker category. To return to the main archive window, click the "BACK" button just above the sort options.

2. Play the Sermon. From the playlist, simply click the red audio icon to the right. The title of the sermon is in the playlist and the Pastor will be listed below it. The date the sermon took place on is under the audio icon on the right side of the player. If you click on the name of the title, it will Show Details of this sermon (see below how to use Details Tab). If you click on the name of the pastor, it will Find All sermons by this pastor.
3. Viewing the Sermon Notes. If sermon notes are available in PDF format, you will see another red icon to the right of the sermon name--click on it to open the sermon notes.

Click the Detail Tab. This will give you the details about the sermon you have selected...i.e. Title of sermon, Pastor's name, and Date of sermon. Also, you have five icons on the upper bar above these details.

Icons in Details Tab Window:
A. Play Audio...By clicking on this icon, you can play the digital audio file of the sermon listed in this details page.
B. Download MP3...By clicking on this icon, you can download an MP3 version of this sermon.
C. View Art...By clicking on this icon, you can view any art, or graphics attached to this sermon file.
D. Leave a Comment...By clicking on this icon, you can leave a comment about the sermon.
E. Tell a Friend..By clicking on this icon, you can email a link to a friend so they can subscribe to or enjoy listening to these sermons.

The Bible tab gives you access to the entire Bible (NASB). In addition, if you click on the Scripture for one of the sermons on the Archive page or the details page, it will take you directly to that scripture so that you can follow along with the sermon.
Subscribe to Listening Method by simply clicking one of the 3 icons at the lower right corner of the player.

To Subscribe, you can:
A. Podcast...The first icon is to set up an RSS feed or autosubscribe to iTUNES
B. .MOBI...The middle icon is to download and listen to MP3 on internet equipped cell phones and PDA devices.
C. Get Player...The third icon is to download a player on your desktop to listen to sermons without going to the webpage. |
